Make her a scrapbook of your time together chronologically of course. Use pictures, receipts, ticket stubs, and write particular things you remember about a certain time.
Make a small pillow shape and when you stuff it add some popourri or some purfume, you can glue silk flowers and ribbons to it for decoration and dont forget the ribbon to hang it in the closet.

I painted a box /photo frame, a small wooden heart red,a glow in the dark star, added some giltter around it on the inside backing(can see thru glass frame), stuck 1 small teddy bears on each side!!
He made me some thing too…painted a wooden treasure box, with 2 pearl sea shells pattern. Folded a lot of small paper stars & sprayed his fav perfume inside. the box full of stars !!
