You can make glass paint and bind it to hang on the wall. Also you can paint on a clay pot and plant some golden pathos in it. Golden pathos is a very good air purifier and grows well with low sun light. As the plant grows your relationship will grow stronger.
You could make a pillowcase. Super easy, just get a little fabric, and sew straight lines. You could iron on a photo of her, or fabric paint her name. You could get some fabric in the pattern that would match her room, or suit her personality in some way.
you could make her a chocolate drink jar: get 1 cup of nonfat dry milk, 1 cup of cocoa, 1/2 cup of sugar, toss in a handful of tiny marshmallows & shake it all together. Take a tablespoon of it & put it in a cup, add some tap water & give it a taste. If it needs some more sugar, add it to the jar a tablespoonful at a time. When you’re satisfied how it tastes, cover the jar tightly. You can add a label to the jar with your own sweet note about how much you love her/miss her. PS – you could also add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg if you have it on hand.
