birthday gift for new girlfriend
Dating this girl for 3 months now and her birthday is coming up. It’s too new, to do something serious. Still, it’s matured enough that you have to do something and it can’t be the run-of-the-day date.
First, relax and remove all the material crap from the equation. A birthday isn’t about big gifts, flowers, and shiny things that kids can use to gather sun and burn ants. It’s about reminding your special someone you’re thinking about her by showing a little extra effort.
Chocolate can be an excellent birthday present. It all depends how you present the chocolate. To give chocolate to your new girlfriend, you could make a path of chocolate kisses, chocolate bonbons or any other chocolate you prefer, all the way from the bedroom or front door to the living room where a big chocolate basket and a birthday cake will be waiting.
If you’ve only been dating for a few weeks, I’d say pay no more than 25$, if that. Just get her a nice but very inexpensive piece of jewelry.
My advice is don’t get her jewelry, unless you have a sister around the same age to help you pick it out. Maybe you feel comfortable choosing jewelry, but a lot of guys have trouble in that department and you don’t want her to have to pretend to like your gift.
Instead, maybe you could do something for her. Does she like cookies? Bake her some and draw cool or funny little pictures with icing on them. Even if they’re the break and bake kind, she’ll like that you personalized them with the icing. Then maybe you could take her on a nice date — your treat. Maybe a concert by a band she likes? A cool restaurant? Go to an amusement park or the zoo or something? One time in high school this guy knew how to make stained glass — he made me a stained glass rose and I loved it. Just do something together and put your personal touch on it and you’ll be golden.
Well I would suggest you to go with a small cute teddy (soft toy), a card, and a rose… Also it would be a surprise for her if you give her a chocolate or a cake…

take her out…and get her like..a.. nice bracelet or something like that…no more than a hundred on the gift….gift certificate to a nice clothing store…then go with her shopping..lol…you will find something…ask your mom or your sister..lol
I agree, keep the price to $25-30 range. The jewelry idea is good, music (either CD, ITunes gift card or similar) might be a good choice too. I also know about rushing the expensive stuff too early, so you’re being wise to take it easier here.
Just wanted to express my thoughtson giving unique presents, I think giving healthy things to others,really alter our mood. A good gesture is always giving. I bought my aunt a a bicycle and they have now lost 30lbs, they even saved money on their insurance!
